How to prevent a collapsing heading
Headings can be used as subject identifiers for information on a form. You may have instances when you don't want a tech to be able to collapse a heading because the tech may miss important information.
To prevent a heading from collapsing, complete the following:
- Click on the heading you want to prevent from collapsing, then expand Input Options. Or, if adding a new heading to a form, from the Formatting menu, click Heading, then expand Input Options.
- Toggle on Hide Collapse to prevent the heading from being collapsable. The
(Collapse button) doesn't display for the heading when this option is marked. - In the app, notice there is no collapse button with the heading's label (Urban Green Space Survey) so all supporting fields are displayed:
