How to prevent a collapsing header

Headers can be used as subject identifiers for information on a form. You may have instances when you don't want a tech to be able to collapse a header because the tech may miss important information.

To prevent a header from collapsing, complete the following:

1. From the Formatting menu in the Form Designer, click Header.
   
2. Click (Edit) to open the Edit Header window.
   
3. On the Settings tab, mark Hide Collapse to prevent the header from being collapsable.   The (Collapse button) doesn't display for the header when this option is marked. 
4. Click OK to save your changes.
5. In the app, notice there is no collapse button with the header's label so all supporting fields are displayed:
