Pay Codes Not Available in the Pay Code Lookup
Why pay codes are not displayed in the Pay Code lookup on the Time workspace
You must select a day in the Default Week-Ending Day field in Signature's TimeTrack Setup Options window (Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > TimeTrack > Setup Options) in order for pay codes to be available in the Time workspace in TechPro. If you don't have a day selected the Unbilled Time workspace may not populate correctly also.
