How to select field in the report designer

Click on the field so that you see boxes surrounding it. To select more than one field to change multiple fields at the same time, hold the Ctrl key while you click. You can also drag your mouse to surround a field or group of fields to select, but the margins may make this a little tricky to get the right selection at times.
