      Restarting the App Pool for FormsPro

      How to restart the app pool

      1. Open the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager (enter ISS in the Windows Search field). This is the program that runs the server component of FormsPro.
      2. Determine which application pool FormsPro is running under by finding the Forms site, then Advanced Settings. Take note of the Application Pool setting.
      3. Select Application Pools under the Connections menu on the left, then find the application pool for FormsPro.
      4. Click on it to highlight it, click Stop, wait a few seconds, then click Start.
