Reprocessing Failed Data Maps

How to reprocess failed data maps

1. In FormsPro, select Logs from the Submissions and Logs menu.
2. On the Logs page, select Data Maps.
3. Enter a date range.
4. Mark the checkbox for the error you want to reprocess.
5. Click Resubmit Map.
6. To view more details, click the icon under the Details menu. The Details window opens and displays detailed information about the error.
