      FormsPro 2506.5 Fact Sheet

      Technical Fact Sheet for FormsPro 2506.5 Released June 2025

      Product Description

      A dynamic no-code mobile forms platform and application that is used across field service organizations. FormsPro has two primary components:

      • Web Admin Site: This provides the ability to create unlimited mobile forms and reports. 
      • FormsProApp: The app is used by technicians and other mobile work force users on smartphones and tablets.

      Technology

      The complexity and amount of information on the forms you create in the designer may affect the performance of the app on the device. For example, a form with a very large data set, or that contains many photos may affect app performance if your devices are at the minimum requirements and have limited memory.

      The minimum recommendations are as follows. Please consider scaling your hardware based on the complexity and size of your forms and reports.

      Hardware requirements 

      If deployed on premise:

      Windows Server

      SQL Server 2019 (with CU 32) or greater

      Storage: At a minimum RAID 3 with 7200 RPM drives for SQL Server.

      IIS Server

      Windows 2019 (with CU 32) or greater

      8GB RAM minimum on the server – Performance affected by the number of users and other products using the server. 

      Smartphones and Tablets

      iOS, Android, or Windows

      Ram: 4GB minimum and 6GB+ if taking pictures or videos within forms 

      Storage: The app is around 40-50 MB installed. Storage usage will depend on forms that are being used. Recommend 100 MB minimum.

      We follow the currently supported versions of the browser and operating systems. As a practice, we test for compatibility on the newest releases available at the time of the FormsPro release. If we find any incompatibility issues between releases, we will contact customers via email.

      Reports  FormsPro includes a report builder.
      Web API 

      This is the intermediate language used to tie multiple data sources into one common set of services. It is also used to pass the authentication from the ERP to the FormsPro app.
