How to edit a submitted form from an envelope
After forms have been submitted as part of an email envelope, you may need to make updates—whether correcting information, resending to different recipients, or modifying associated forms. The system allows you to access and edit individual forms within the envelope, update recipient details, add new email messages, and control which forms are included in a resubmission. This ensures flexibility and accuracy even after the initial submission.- From the Submissions and Logs menu, select View/Edit Submissions. This opens the View/Edit Submissions page.

Select a form name and date range, then click Find to narrow the results to only those forms that match your criteria—making it easier to locate the form you need. You can also click Find without entering any parameters to display all submissions. Once the results are displayed, click on any column heading to change the sort order.
To search for a specific field value across multiple submissions, enter a keyword in the Search Value field. For example, to find all forms submitted for a specific customer, enter the customer's name and click Find. You can further narrow the results by also selecting a form name or date range.
- Click More on the right side of the form entry, then select Edit Envelope to open the Envelope Forms window.
- You can edit the envelope description entered in the app, update the recipient list from the last email, add a custom message for a resubmitted envelope, modify additional forms within the same envelope, and choose which forms to include in the resubmission to the selected recipients.
