Downloading the OBT Support File

You can now download an OBT support file directly from Form Designer to make troubleshooting form issues easier. The file includes the form’s JSON configuration, giving support the information they need to better understand and investigate an issue without needing access to your site.

Administrators and form authors can quickly download the file and share it with support when help is needed. This makes it easier to provide the right information upfront, helping support diagnose issues more efficiently and get you back on track sooner.

1. Open the form for which you want to download the OBT support file.
2. Click (Additional Operations), then select Download Support File to download the file.
