How to delete change management data

Use the Data Deletion page to permanently remove all change management records that were saved before a specific date. This helps keep your system clean and ensures that only recent, relevant data is retained.

Note: To delete change management data, the Track Form Changes toggle must be enabled for the form in the Form Settings window.

  1. From the Submissions and Logs menu, select Data Deletion. The Data Deletion page opens. Select Delete Change Management Data.
  2. Enter the end date for which you want to delete change management data in the Delete All Change Management Before field.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. The Confirm Delete window opens.
  5. Enter the reason for the deletion, then click Yes.
