How to delete change management data
Use the Data Deletion page to permanently remove all change management records that were saved before a specific date. This helps keep your system clean and ensures that only recent, relevant data is retained.
Note: To delete change management data, the Track Form Changes toggle must be enabled for the form in the Form Settings window.
- From the Submissions and Logs menu, select Data Deletion. The Data Deletion page opens. Select Delete Change Management Data.
- Enter the end date for which you want to delete change management data in the Delete All Change Management Before field.
- Click Delete.
- The Confirm Delete window opens.
- Enter the reason for the deletion, then click Yes.
