How to delete an additional email

Each form you create automatically saves a default email that cannot be deleted. You can create multiple emails for each form so that you can send emails with different text to the appropriate audience and delete as necessary when no longer needed. To do so, complete the following:

  1. Open the form for which you want to delete the email.
  2. Click (Emailing), then select Emails. The Email for...window opens (in this example for the Accident Report form).
  3. Click (Delete) next to the additional email you want to delete.
