How deleting a report affects a submission
Keep in mind if you delete a report, the report will be removed from any submissions also. Therefore, you will not be able to view the report in the Edit/View Submissions window.
For example, let's say you have 2 reports for the Employee Information form. You submitted the form and when you opened the View/Edit Submissions page, you'll notice 2 reports are available to view:
You no longer need the Employees report, so you used the Manage Report window to delete it:
Now when you view the submission in the View/Edit Submission page you'll notice the Employees report is no longer available for viewing:
