      Deleting a Purchase Order from the App

      How to delete a purchase order from the app

      A purchase order may need to be deleted if, for example, a purchase order number has been retrieved, and a upon entering a store, a tech finds the store doesn't have the item to purchase, so the tech needs to go to another store. When the Allow Deletion of Purchase Orders from App option is toggled on in the Purchase Orders tab of App Settings, a purchase order can be deleted. 

      To delete a purchase order from the app:

      1. Open the Purchase Orders workspace.
      2. Click Delete for the purchase order number you want to delete.
      3. Enter a reason for the deletion in the Delete Reason field, then click Delete.
