How to copy a form
You can use an existing form as a template if you have similar forms with slightly different requirements.
- Select the form from the Form and Report Designer menu and click (Copy) in the toolbar. The Copy Form window opens.
- The name of the copied form along with "Copy" at the end of the name displays in the New Form Name field. You can change the name as needed.
- Click Save to save the copied form. The copied form appears in the same folder where the original is saved. If the original isn't saved in a form, the newly copied form can be found under the Forms menu.
Roles, emails, workflow, and reports are copied with the form.
