How to copy a form

You can use an existing form as a template if you have similar forms with slightly different requirements.
  1. Select the form from the Form and Report Designer menu and click (Copy) in the toolbar. The Copy Form window opens.
  2. The name of the copied form along with "Copy" at the end of the name displays in the New Form Name field. You can change the name as needed.
  3. Click Save to save the copied form. The copied form appears in the same folder where the original is saved. If the original isn't saved in a form, the newly copied form can be found under the Forms menu.
    Roles, emails, workflow, and reports are copied with the form.
