How to cancel a workflow
There may be instances when you need to cancel a workflow. For example, a user may have started a new form and entries in the workflow are no longer valid. When a workflow is canceled the form is removed from all devices and is available in the View/Edit Submissions page. The Workflow Audit Trail window indicates the workflow is canceled.
To cancel a workflow:
- From the Submissions and Logs menu, select Pending Forms. The Pending Forms page opens.
- From the Form field, search for the form for which you want to cancel workflow.
- Click the more button at the right of the form line and select Cancel Workflow. The form is removed from all devices.
- Verify the workflow was canceled in the Workflow Audit Trail window.
