How to cancel a workflow

There may be instances when you need to cancel a workflow. For example, a user may have started a new form and entries in the workflow are no longer valid. When a workflow is canceled the form is removed from all devices and is available in the View/Edit Submissions page. The Workflow Audit Trail window indicates the workflow is canceled.

To cancel a workflow:

  1. From the Submissions and Logs menu, select Pending Forms. The Pending Forms page opens.
  2. From the Form field, search for the form for which you want to cancel workflow.
  3. Click the more button at the right of the form line and select Cancel Workflow. The form is removed from all devices.
  4. Verify the workflow was canceled in the Workflow Audit Trail window.
