Attaching a Photo

How to attach a photo

  1. Open the Attachments workspace.
  2. Click the Gallery or Camera icon next to the floating Add button.
  3. Take or select the photo, depending on which icon you clicked. (Only one photo can be attached from your photo gallery at a time.)
  4. The photo will appear in the workspace with an auto-generated name indicating the appointment number and unique ID number. The photo can be deleted using the Delete icon. Start back at step 2 to continue adding photos to the appointment.
  5. Enter a caption tag and caption. Caption tags can be viewed in Signature in the Document List window.

Photos are added to the back-office tables and are attached to the work order or job in the back office.
