How to assign forms to envelopes
Once an email envelope is created, you can assign advanced forms to it. Then, in the mobile app, the user selects an envelope, then works the forms assigned to it, and sends the associated report PDF attachments as a group.
- In a saved form, click (Envelopes). The Available Email Envelopes window opens.
- Select the envelope in which to send the form. A form can be included in multiple envelopes.
- Select which reports to include for the form in the envelope.
- Click Save.
Workflows on forms in an envelope are not interrupted by the envelope. The form continues to go through the workflow steps then sent and submitted with the other forms in the envelope.
When the envelope is emailed, the recipient receives the associated report for each form completed, and the form data is submitted for use in any integrations or exports.
