How to add a submitted on date to a basic form
Use the Submitted on input to insert the date and time the form was submitted. There is no label on the form or report for this information. If it’s required but isn’t on your background document, you can add it and re-upload the form.
- From the Formatting menu on the right side of the Forms Designer, drag the Submitted on input onto your basic form.
- Click on the Submitted on input to open the property page.
- Enter a name for the Submitted on input in the Label field.
- Select the text alignment for the input.
- Click (Save) to save your changes to the form.
