How to add a submitted on date to a basic form
Use the Submitted on input to insert the date and time the basic form was submitted. There is no label on the form or report for this information. If it’s required but isn’t on your background document, you can add it and re-upload the form.
- From the Formatting menu on the right side of the Forms Designer, drag the Submitted on input onto your basic form.
- Click on it to open the input slider.
- Enter a name for the Submitted on input in the Label field.
- Expand Input Options and specify the font and text alignment for the input.
- Expand Visibility Condition to add a condition for the field.
- Click
(Save) to save your changes to the form.
