How to use the Logos tab
Use the Logos tab to upload and manage logos that appear on your forms and form templates. You can set a default logo for general use, as well as assign alternate logos for specific purposes.
This allows you to tailor branding for different scenarios, such as:
-
Subcontractor forms with distinct branding
-
Regional offices that require localized logos
-
Internal-use forms with simplified branding
Adding the right logos helps ensure consistency and clarity across all your forms, both internally and externally.
- From the Configuration menu, click Visual Settings to open the Themes, Styles, and Templates page.
- Click Logos to open the Logos tab.
- Click + New Logo.
- In the Logo Name field, enter a name for the log. Be sure you name them logically, so you can identify a logo just by its name.
- Click Upload to browse to the logo file.
- Click Save to add the logo.
TIP: The logo displayed on the Admin page is automatically resized to fit within the toolbar menu, indicating that a logo has been added to the form. However, this is not the size it will appear on the actual form. The logo's display size on the form cannot be adjusted, so be sure to upload a logo file that is appropriately sized for its final appearance. - If you no longer use a logo, it can be deleted. If you delete a logo and it is part of a template it is removed from that template, and from the forms that are assigned that template.
